1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and training programs, all purchases made on www.digitechmedia.net are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under a particular service agreement.
2. Service-Based Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:
- If a service was not delivered as promised and no work has been initiated.
- If you were wrongly charged or double billed due to a technical error.
- If a live session (training/webinar) was canceled by us and no reschedule is offered.

Cancellation Policy
At DigiTech Media, we value your time and commitment. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both clients and our team.
1. Training & Webinars
- You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled event for a 100% credit towards future training sessions.
- No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or for no-shows.
2. Digital Marketing Training
- Monthly/EMI-based courses can be canceled by sending a written notice to info@digitechmedia.net at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- If a course is in progress, any refunds/ cancellations will not be considered.
